☕ Pecan Pie Coffee Delight

Ingredients

• 1 cup strong brewed coffee (or ½ cup espresso + ½ cup hot water)
• ½ cup milk (dairy, oat, or almond)
• 2 tbsp brown sugar (or maple syrup)
• 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (optional, for richness)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg and salt
• Whipped cream (for topping)
• Chopped pecans (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine coffee, milk, brown sugar, butter (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Warm gently, stirring until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot (do not boil).
  3. Pour into a mug. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
  4. Serve immediately while warm and fragrant!

For an iced version:
→ Chill the mixture and pour over ice
→ Add a splash of cold milk or cream

💡 Make it festive: Rim the glass with caramel and crushed pecans!
