Ingredients

• 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 ¼ cups)
• ¾ cup almond butter or peanut butter (unsweetened)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas. Stir in almond butter (or peanut butter), eggs, and baking soda until smooth. Add cinnamon or vanilla if using.
  3. Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake 45–50 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing—this helps it hold together.
