Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash bananas. Stir in almond butter (or peanut butter), eggs, and baking soda until smooth. Add cinnamon or vanilla if using.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 45–50 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing—this helps it hold together.
