Ingredients
For the crust:
β’ 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed vanilla wafers)
β’ 3 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
β’ 1 tbsp brown sugar
For the filling:
β’ 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
β’ 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
β’ 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
β’ 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8Γ8-inch or 9Γ9-inch pan. Chill 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until well blended.
- Pour mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill at least 3 hours (or overnight) to set.
- Cut into squares and serve cold!
