Ingredients

• 12 oz (2 cups) white chocolate chips (or dairy-free)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
• ½ cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Melt in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
  4. Pour mixture onto the prepared sheet. Use a spatula to spread into a thin, even layer (about ¼ inch thick).
  5. Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly over the top, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes, until completely firm.
  7. Break into rustic pieces and serve!
