Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Melt in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
- Pour mixture onto the prepared sheet. Use a spatula to spread into a thin, even layer (about ¼ inch thick).
- Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly over the top, pressing gently to adhere.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes, until completely firm.
- Break into rustic pieces and serve!
