Crispy, golden, and gooey—like a caramel apple wrapped in a crunchy hug!
Ingredients
1 cup finely diced apples (peeled)
1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
10–12 wonton wrappers
2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, toss diced apples with maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Place a small spoonful of apple mixture and a tiny drizzle of caramel in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges with water, fold into a triangle, and seal tightly.
Lightly brush each wonton with melted oil or butter.
Air fry in a single layer for 5–6 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Drizzle with more caramel before serving!
