Ingredients
1 cup Super Fine Almond Flour
⅓ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¾ cup Granular Sweetener
¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 large Eggs (room temperature)
½ cup Butter (salted, softened)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
⅓ cup Walnuts (chopped)
⅓ cup Sugar-free Milk Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
3. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until combined.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients using a spatula or stand mixer.
5. Pour the batter into a square baking dish and top with walnuts and chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
