Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
¼ cup honey, maple syrup, or powdered erythritol (for low-carb)
2 large eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, honey (or sweetener), melted oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still slightly fudgy.
Let cool completely before slicing into rich, chocolatey brownies.
