1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup butter or vegan butter, softened (60g)
3 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup (45ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder. Add melted butter, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla; combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Form 12 small balls, flatten, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
