Apple Pie Biscuits: A Sweet and Flaky Twist on a Classic Dessert

Flaky, golden biscuits filled with warm, cinnamon-spiced apple goodness!


Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1 ½ cups apple pie filling (chopped into small pieces)

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg (optional)

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

Optional Glaze:

½ cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet.

Flatten each biscuit slightly and spoon 1–2 tbsp of chopped apple pie filling in the center.

Fold biscuit dough around filling and pinch edges to seal.

Place seam side down on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuits if desired.
