INGREDIENTS: 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar (300g)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (240g) or sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened (113g)
2 large eggs
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
For the Glaze: 4 tablespoons butter (57g)
2 cups powdered sugar (240g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter. Beat in yogurt, eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until moistened. Spread batter in pan and bake for 23-28 minutes. For frosting, heat butter in a skillet until brown, then whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Pour over warm bars.
