Ingredients
• 1 cup butter • 2 cups granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 3 ripe bananas, mashed • 1 cup all-purpose flour • ¾ cup cocoa powder • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp cinnamon • ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease 9×13 inch baking pan
- Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat
- Stir in sugar, eggs, and mashed bananas
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Fold in chopped walnuts
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake 30-35 minutes until set
- Cool completely before cutting
- Store covered at room temperature
