Ingredients

For the Crust:
🍪 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
🧈 1/3 cup melted butter
🍯 2 tbsp honey or sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:
🧀 16 oz cream cheese, softened
🍯 1/3 cup honey or sugar
🍌 2 ripe bananas (very soft)
🥛 1 tsp vanilla extract
🫧 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

Optional Toppings:
🍌 Sliced bananas
🍫 Chocolate shavings or drizzle
🥜 Crushed nuts or sprinkles


Instructions

Make the crust: Mix graham crumbs, butter, and honey until combined. Press into the bottom of a lined springform pan. Chill.
Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, honey, mashed bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour mixture over crust. Smooth top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice and top with banana slices, chocolate, or your favorite toppings!
