Ingredients
For the Crust: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp honey or sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup honey or sugar
2 ripe bananas (very soft)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
Optional Toppings: Sliced bananas
Chocolate shavings or drizzle
Crushed nuts or sprinkles
Instructions
Make the crust: Mix graham crumbs, butter, and honey until combined. Press into the bottom of a lined springform pan. Chill.
Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, honey, mashed bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour mixture over crust. Smooth top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice and top with banana slices, chocolate, or your favorite toppings!
