1 loaf thick-cut bread (Brioche or Texas Toast)
2 ripe bananas (sliced)
1 cup banana pudding (store-bought or homemade)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Butter for cooking
Optional toppings: powdered sugar, syrup, whipped cream
Instructions
Mix cream cheese and banana pudding until smooth
Spread mixture on one slice of bread, top with banana slices, then another slice to make a sandwich
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla & cinnamon
Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, coating both sides well
Cook on a buttered skillet over medium heat 3–4 mins per side until golden
Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
