Ingredients

• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip or homemade)
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• 1 ripe banana, sliced
• ½ cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
• ½ cup halved strawberries
• ¼ cup maraschino cherries, quartered (plus extra for garnish)
• 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans (optional, for crunch)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
  3. Add marshmallows, banana slices, pineapple, strawberries, cherries, and nuts (if using).
  4. Fold gently to combine—don’t overmix to keep the fruit intact.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish or individual cups.
  6. Chill at least 1 hour to let flavors meld and texture firm up.
  7. Garnish with extra cherries or a sprinkle of coconut before serving.

Serve cold as a sweet side or dessert—great for potlucks, BBQs, or summer parties!
