Crispy outside, creamy and fruity inside—like dessert in every bite!
Ingredients
8 egg roll wrappers
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional for brightness)
1 tbsp sugar (for berries)
Oil for frying
Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
In a bowl, mix blueberries with sugar and lemon juice (if using).
In another bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture in the center, then add a spoonful of blueberries.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of water.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry rolls 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving!
