Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • ½ cup butter, softened • 1 cup granulated sugar • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup fresh blueberries • ½ cup granulated sugar for rolling • 2 tbsp flour for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Whisk together 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt
- In separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract
- Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries
- Mix ½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp flour in shallow dish
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls
- Roll each ball in sugar-flour mixture
- Place on baking sheets 2 inches apart
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are set
- Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes
- Transfer to wire racks to cool completely
