Ingredients

🍍 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into rings
🍯 2 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
🧈 1 tbsp butter, melted (or coconut oil)
🫒 Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon or lime juice

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss pineapple slices with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon (if using).
Grill 2–3 mins per side until golden and caramelized.
Squeeze lime (if desired) and serve warm!
