Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Pecans, and Cranberries: A Flavor-Packed Side Dish

Ingredients

– 🥦 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
– 🥓 4 slices bacon, chopped
– 🌰 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
– 🍇 1/2 cup dried cranberries
– 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
– 🥄 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and scatter the chopped bacon over them.
4. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
5. In the last 5 minutes of roasting, add the pecans and cranberries to the baking sheet.
6. Remove from the oven, mix well, and serve warm.
