Instructions
- Prep base: In a large bowl, combine pretzels, cereal, and marshmallows.
- Melt white chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat: Pour warm white chocolate over snack mixture. Gently fold until evenly coated.
- Add color: Stir in M&M’s, sprinkles, and any optional add-ins. Work quickly before chocolate sets.
- Set: Spread mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Let cool at room temperature until hardened (~30–45 min), or chill 15 min to speed up.
- Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
