Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour • ¾ cup cocoa powder • 1 cup granulated sugar • ½ cup butter, melted • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup sugar • 1 egg • ½ tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup caramel sauce • 1 tsp sea salt • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Line 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar for brownie base
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla
- Stir until combined
- Press into bottom of prepared pan
- Bake 15 minutes
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well
- Pour over baked brownie layer
- Bake 25-30 minutes until center is almost set
- Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours
- Warm caramel sauce slightly
- Drizzle over chilled cheesecake
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Cut into slices and serve
