Caramel Brownie Cheesecake: A Decadent Dessert Dream Come True

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour • ¾ cup cocoa powder • 1 cup granulated sugar • ½ cup butter, melted • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup sugar • 1 egg • ½ tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup caramel sauce • 1 tsp sea salt • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar for brownie base
  4. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla
  5. Stir until combined
  6. Press into bottom of prepared pan
  7. Bake 15 minutes
  8. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  9. Add egg and vanilla, mix well
  10. Pour over baked brownie layer
  11. Bake 25-30 minutes until center is almost set
  12. Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours
  13. Warm caramel sauce slightly
  14. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake
  15. Sprinkle with sea salt
  16. Cut into slices and serve
