Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• ½ cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
• ¼ cup powdered sugar or erythritol
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 3 tbsp heavy cream or almond milk (for creaminess)
• ¼ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
• Optional: whipped cream, chopped pecans, or cinnamon for topping


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Gradually add cream or milk until light and creamy.
  4. Fold in 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce for swirls, or layer it in a serving dish for a marbled effect.
  5. Transfer to a bowl or small serving dish. Drizzle generously with remaining caramel on top.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or a dash of cinnamon if desired.
  7. Chill 30 minutes before serving for best texture—or serve immediately for a softer dip.
