Ingredients

2½ cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: crushed graham crackers for topping


Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.

Once smooth, remove from heat and quickly stir in cream cheese, vanilla, and salt. Mix until creamy and fully combined.

Pour fudge mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top if using.

Chill in the fridge for 3–4 hours or until set.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
