Cherry Jello Pie: A Refreshing, Low-Carb Dessert with a Twist

Ingredients

🍒 1 (3oz) package Cherry Jello Mix
💧 ⅔ cup boiling water
💧 ½ cup cold water
🧊 Ice cubes
🍦 1 (8oz) container of Cool Whip
🍪 1 Oreo Pie Crust (homemade or store-bought)


Instructions

1. Place jello powder in a large bowl.
2. Boil ⅔ cup water in a small saucepan. Add boiling water to gelatin and stir until dissolved (about 2 minutes).
3. Fill a measuring cup with cold water and add ice cubes to make 1 cup.
4. Pour ice water over the Jello mixture and stir until it thickens. Chill for 15 minutes.
5. Gently fold Cool Whip into the Jello until smooth. Pour the mixture into the Oreo crust.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve cold with whipped cream and chocolate chips if desired.
