Chocolate Cheesecake: Decadent, Creamy, and Totally Irresistible

Ingredients

• 1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 6 tbsp melted butter • 32 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 cup granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 8 oz chocolate chips, melted • ⅓ cup sour cream • 2 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ cup all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter
  3. Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan
  4. Bake 10 minutes, then remove and cool
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  6. Add eggs one at a time, beating well
  7. Mix in melted chocolate, sour cream, and vanilla
  8. Add flour and mix until combined
  9. Pour over crust
  10. Bake 50-60 minutes until center is almost set
  11. Turn off oven, leave door cracked open
  12. Cool in oven 1 hour
  13. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
  14. Serve chilled
