Ingredients
• 1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 6 tbsp melted butter • 32 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 cup granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 8 oz chocolate chips, melted • ⅓ cup sour cream • 2 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter
- Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan
- Bake 10 minutes, then remove and cool
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well
- Mix in melted chocolate, sour cream, and vanilla
- Add flour and mix until combined
- Pour over crust
- Bake 50-60 minutes until center is almost set
- Turn off oven, leave door cracked open
- Cool in oven 1 hour
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
- Serve chilled
