Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Add egg and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
