  • Author: WAFA LI
  • Total Time: ~50 mins

Description

Fudgy brownies meet sweet cookie dough in this decadent, no-bake treat — loaded with chocolate chips and dipped in rich cocoa bliss!

Ingredients

For the Brownie Base:

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Cookie Dough Center:

1/2 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats into flour)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp water (as needed)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all brownie ingredients until well combined. The mixture should form a thick, fudge-like dough.
In another bowl, mix cookie dough ingredients until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
Flatten a portion of the brownie mixture in your hand, place a cookie dough ball in the center, then wrap it up and roll into a ball.
Repeat with remaining dough.
Optional: Melt dark chocolate and dip each bomb for a shiny outer shell. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
