2 tbsp Dutch cocoa or additional regular (15g)
2 1/4 tsp baking powder (10g)
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
1/3 cup water or milk of choice (80ml)
3 eggs (or vegan option)
1/3 cup granulated erythritol (67g)
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (7.5ml)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch pan and line with parchment. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, spread into the pan, and bake for 14 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
