Ingredients

For the crust:
• 1 sleeve (about 40) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
• ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil

For the filling:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the top layer:
• ½ cup red & green M&Ms, chopped holiday cookies, or seasonal sprinkles
• Optional: crushed candy canes, mini marshmallows, or edible glitter


Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in whipped cream until light and airy.
  3. Spread filling over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the top generously with holiday candies or sprinkles. Press gently to adhere.
  5. Chill at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve cold for clean slices.
