Ingredients

For the crust:
• 1 sleeve (about 40) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
• ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil

For the filling:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the top layer:
• 1 cup crushed holiday cookies (red & green M&Ms, candy cane pieces, or Christmas sprinkles)
• Optional: crushed candy canes or mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in whipped cream until light and airy.
  3. Spread filling evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the top generously with crushed holiday cookies and any optional add-ins.
  5. Chill at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve cold for clean slices.
