Ingredients
• 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dairy-free)
• ½ cup white chocolate chips (for snowy contrast)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter (to help chocolate set smoothly)
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• ½ cup roasted peanuts or chopped almonds
• ¼ cup dried cranberries (for red “jewels”)
• ¼ cup pretzel pieces (for salty crunch)
• ¼ cup Christmas-themed sprinkles (red, green, white)
• Optional: crushed candy canes or peppermint extract for a wintry touch
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and coconut oil.
- Melt in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, peanuts, cranberries, pretzels, and sprinkles. Mix gently to avoid crushing marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and press down lightly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle extra sprinkles or crushed candy canes on top for a festive finish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, until firm.
- Lift out using the parchment and cut into squares.
