Creamy cheesecake meets gooey cinnamon roll flavors in this decadent yet easy dessert that tastes like a dream come true.
Ingredients
For the Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp butter, melted
For the Glaze:
¾ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes; set aside.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
Mix cinnamon and brown sugar, then drizzle half the cinnamon swirl over the first cheesecake layer.
Add remaining cheesecake batter, then drizzle remaining cinnamon swirl on top.
Bake 35–40 minutes or until center is almost set. Turn off oven, crack the door open, and let cool inside for 1 hour.
Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with glaze before serving.
