• 3 eggs
• ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• ¼ cup heavy cream or coconut milk (optional, for richness)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil (for cooking)

Instructions
- Unroll each cinnamon roll and stretch slightly into a rectangle.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Dip each dough piece into the egg mixture, letting it soak 10–15 seconds per side.
- Starting from the long side, roll up tightly like a jelly roll.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt butter.
- Cook roll-ups 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the included icing and your favorite toppings!
