Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 1 tube (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing!)
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• ¼ cup heavy cream or coconut milk (optional, for richness)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil (for cooking)

Optional toppings:
• Drizzle of included icing
• Extra cinnamon sugar
• Powdered sugar
• Maple syrup or honey


Instructions

  1. Unroll each cinnamon roll and stretch slightly into a rectangle.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip each dough piece into the egg mixture, letting it soak 10–15 seconds per side.
  4. Starting from the long side, roll up tightly like a jelly roll.
  5. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt butter.
  6. Cook roll-ups 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with the included icing and your favorite toppings!
