Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🧈 1 cup unsalted butter, melted (227g)
🍬 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
🥚 2 eggs
🌿 1 tsp. vanilla
🌾 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
🥄 1 tsp. baking soda
🍌 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
✨ Cinnamon Swirl:
🧈 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted (42g)
🍬 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar (37g)
🍂 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (37g)
🌰 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, melt butter and let cool. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking soda, then fold in mashed bananas. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients until combined. Layer batter and swirl in cinnamon mixture. Bake for 65-70 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
