Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 3 extra large eggs, room temperature
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (or Greek yogurt)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two clean glass bowls.
3. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form (about 3 minutes).
4. In the yolk bowl, whisk together the yolks, salt, and cream cheese until smooth.
5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture, one cup at a time.
6. Divide the mixture into 6 mounds on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
