Ingredients

🥄 2 cups cottage cheese (480g)
🍯 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (60ml)
🌿 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (10ml)
🌰 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional) (2.5ml)
🍓 Fresh berries or chocolate shavings for garnish


Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon the mousse into four serving glasses. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate shavings before serving.
