Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

🧁 ½ tsp baking powder
🧁 ½ tsp salt
🧁 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
🧁 1 and ½ cups granulated sugar
🧁 1 large egg
🧁 1 tsp vanilla extract
🧁 ½ tsp almond extract
🧁 A few drops pink food coloring
🧁 A few drops blue food coloring
🧁 Cotton candy flavoring (optional, adjust to taste)
🧁 Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg and extracts. Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Divide dough, color one half pink and the other blue. Roll into balls, flatten, and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Cool before serving.
