Ingredients
• 1 cup butter, softened • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • 2½ cups granulated sugar • 5 eggs • 3 cups all-purpose flour • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp almond extract • ½ tsp salt
GLAZE: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 2-3 tbsp milk • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan
- Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth
- Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each
- Mix in vanilla and almond extracts
- Alternately add flour and beat until combined
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake 60-70 minutes until toothpick comes clean
- Cool 20 minutes in pan
- Invert onto wire rack to cool completely
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth
- Drizzle over cooled cake
