Crunchy outside, gooey marshmallow and melty chocolate explode with campfire flavor.
Ingredients
8 large marshmallows
8 squares milk or dark chocolate
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1 package biscuit or crescent roll dough (8 pieces)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Oil for frying (or use air fryer for lighter version)
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Flatten each dough piece into a small circle.
Place 1 marshmallow and 1 chocolate square in the center.
Wrap dough around the filling and seal tightly into a ball.
Dip each ball into egg wash, then roll in crushed graham crackers.
Heat oil in a pan and fry bombs until golden brown (about 1–2 mins per side).
Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 mins until crispy.
Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
