Ingredients
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter)
• ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts, optional)
• Holiday sprinkles (optional, for color)
Instructions
- In a 2–3 quart slow cooker, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through, until smooth and melted.
- Stir in vanilla and mini marshmallows. Cook uncovered 15–20 minutes more, until marshmallows are melted and blended.
- Fold in chopped nuts and sprinkles if using.
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, until firm.
- Lift out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
