Easter Chocolate Nests: A Low-Carb, Festive Treat for Spring Celebrations

Ingredients

🍫 200 g milk chocolate (or 50/50 milk and dark)
🍜 100 g fried noodles
🥥 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
🥚 125 g mini Easter eggs


Instructions

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
2. Break chocolate into small pieces and melt in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
3. Once melted, mix in fried noodles until well coated. Add coconut if desired and stir again.
4. Spoon the mixture onto the lined tray, shaping it into nests with an indent in the center. Use extra noodles to build up the sides if needed.
5. Repeat until all mixture is used, forming about 8 nests.
6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Add mini eggs before or after chilling, as preferred.
