Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 6 Tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
2 and 1/2 cups (300g) confectioners’ sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
12 ounces (3 4-ounce bars) semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
optional: coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Beat butter until creamy, then mix in peanut butter.
3. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt; mix until combined.
4. Shape into egg forms and chill for 1 hour.
5. Melt chocolate and oil, then dip eggs in chocolate.
6. Set on baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and refrigerate.
