Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (185°C) for 3 minutes.
- Toss pineapple chunks with melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and honey (if using).
- Place pineapple in the air fryer basket in a single layer—don’t overcrowd!
- Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and caramelized at the edges.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Drizzle with extra honey or lime juice if desired.
