Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (core removed)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (melted, optional for richness)
• ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
• Optional garnish: shredded coconut, mint, or lime juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (185°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Toss pineapple chunks with melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and honey (if using).
  3. Place pineapple in the air fryer basket in a single layer—don’t overcrowd!
  4. Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and caramelized at the edges.
  5. Remove and let cool slightly. Drizzle with extra honey or lime juice if desired.
  6. Serve warm as a snack, dessert, or topping for yogurt, ice cream, or grilled chicken!
