Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in sprinkles (don’t overmix or colors may bleed).
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
