Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free 1:1 blend)
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
• ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup Christmas-themed sprinkles (red, green, white, or gold)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in sprinkles (don’t overmix or colors may bleed).
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake 50–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Serve plain or dust with powdered sugar for snowy flair!
