Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted coconut oil or butter
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz coconut whipped topping or whipped cream
Toppings:
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup strawberries, chopped
Chocolate syrup or melted dark chocolate
Chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans)
Maraschino cherries
Instructions
Mix graham crumbs and melted coconut oil; press into 9×9 dish. Chill.
Beat cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread filling over crust.
Layer bananas, pineapple, and strawberries on top.
Drizzle with chocolate, sprinkle nuts, and top with cherries.
Chill for at least 2–4 hours before serving.
