  • Author: WAFA LI

Ingredients

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (or dairy-free alternative)
• 2 cups white chocolate chips (or dairy-free)
• ½ tsp peppermint extract
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Red or pink food-safe gel (optional, for swirls)
• ½ cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth (5–7 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract, vanilla, and a drop of red food coloring if desired.
  4. Fold in ⅓ cup of crushed candy canes.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top. Gently press down to adhere.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, until firm.
  8. Lift fudge out using the parchment and cut into small squares.

Perfect for holiday gifting, cookie exchanges, or adding a sweet sparkle to your Christmas dessert table!

💡 Make it fun: Let kids help crush candy canes (in a bag with a rolling pin) and sprinkle the top!
