Ingredients
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (or dairy-free alternative)
• 2 cups white chocolate chips (or dairy-free)
• ½ tsp peppermint extract
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Red or pink food-safe gel (optional, for swirls)
• ½ cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth (5–7 minutes).
- Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract, vanilla, and a drop of red food coloring if desired.
- Fold in ⅓ cup of crushed candy canes.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top. Gently press down to adhere.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, until firm.
- Lift fudge out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
