• 1 cup whipped cream or coconut whipped topping
• ½ cup granola (gluten-free if needed)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree with 1 tbsp maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and a drop of food coloring (if desired). Set aside.
- In another bowl, stir vanilla extract and remaining 1 tbsp maple syrup into Greek yogurt.
- In a third bowl, gently fold half the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture for extra fluffiness.
- Layer in clear glasses or jars:
→ First layer: Granola (for crunch!)
→ Second: Vanilla yogurt mixture
→ Third: Pumpkin spiced layer
→ Fourth: Whipped cream - Repeat layers until glasses are full, ending with a swirl of whipped cream on top.
