• 2 cups white chocolate chips (or dairy-free)
• 1 tsp peppermint extract
• ½ cup crushed mint Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
• Green food-safe gel (optional, for vibrant color)
• Optional: red & green sprinkles or candy cane dust for festivity
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth (5–7 minutes).
- Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring if desired.
- Fold in crushed mint Oreos.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle top with extra Oreo crumbs, sprinkles, or crushed candy canes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, until firm.
- Lift out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
