Ingredients

Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

🥣 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

🍓 Gently fold in chopped strawberries.

🥛 In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.

🥄 Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (don’t overmix!).

🧁 Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 18–22 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
