Sweet, creamy bananas dipped in rich chocolate—cool, crunchy, and crave-worthy!
Ingredients
4 ripe but firm bananas
1½ cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Toppings (optional): chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles, crushed pretzels
Instructions
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into each piece.
Place bananas on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip frozen bananas into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Immediately roll in or sprinkle with toppings if using.
Return to the tray and freeze for another 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Enjoy frozen!
