Ingredients

Topping (optional but heavenly):

🥥 1/2 cup shredded coconut

🥜 1/2 cup chopped pecans

🥫 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

🍫 Melted chocolate drizzle


Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan.

🧈 Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

🥚 Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and melted chocolate.

🌾 Mix dry ingredients separately, then alternate adding with buttermilk.

🥜 Fold in pecans and pour batter into prepared pan.

🍰 Bake 60–70 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

❄️ Cool completely before topping.

🍫 Mix topping ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.
